Research On The Functional Dilemma Of Social Organizations In Urban Communities

In recent years,various forms of city community social organizations have been active in our country's large and small communities,It is a common phenomenon that urban community social organizations carry out their services in different communities.In the city,in order to facilitate the government can better manage urban social life.At the same time,in order to be able to give greater autonomy to the grass-roots organizations,the urban community now takes part in the transfer of government functions.Each city community has begun to cultivate community social organizations as the tasks become heavier,They hope that these social organizations can share the pressure and undertake some public functions.However,whether the urban community social organizations can really perform their functions needs further study and confirmation.This paper takes Hangzhou District of Xiaoshan urban community social organizations as a case,and compares them with the research results of other researchers.It analyzes the actual functional dilemma of the existing urban community social organizations,and hopes to break the functional dilemma of the urban community social organizations through this study.This paper analyzes the conditions for maintaining the internal and external balance of the organization,and puts forward some suggestions on how to give full play to the functions of the urban community social organizations,especially the intervention of social work in urban community social organization path and methods,so that the urban community social organizations can be fully brought into play and serve the community and residents better.
