School scale of vocational education and teaching level have achieved sharp improvement since‘Decision on Developing Vocational Education' issued by the State Council in 2006. New picture occurred to vocational education, especially middle level ones.There will a newly formatted high level professional teacher team which is the key point of the development and revolution in middle vocational education. However, focusing on development of middle vocational education in villages, especially on the fact of formatting teacher team, it's not difficult to discover that teacher improvement in county middle vocational schools and‘Dual Teachers'team formatting hardly fit vocational education actual demand. Thus, it's an important subject in village middle vocational education research how to improve teachers' quality and to construct a suitable path formatting ‘dual teachers' team.This research aims to systematically construct a path formatting ‘Dual Teachers' team for county middle vocational education. Using the method of literature research, concept of ‘dual teacher' is defined initially and related theoretical support is deeply detected. And then field research method is adopted and suitable research tools are used to study deeply. Core content is followed:Part 1, for instance of County Vocational Education Center in Tai Cang City JiangSu province, digging out the ‘Dual Teacher' construction on the current path of the school which means teacher individual development is like this.‘The basic theory of enterprise training, practical training skills of the road, the construction of teachers' team, take the ‘dual concept of localization, building group double road. In addition, the starting point of its path of building is also studied, namely the school of ‘Double Teachers' pre-identity, and we make further discussion of basic groups and certification standards. And basing on the support and security level of path construction, analysis of the regulations and related policies will dual teachers is developed.Part 2, summarize and analyze the problems and influencing factors of the construction path exists, including ‘dual teacher' is a single source, training and practice can not be put into, the group ‘the dual teacher' heavily drag, and willingness of individual development is not strong, security policy system is rigid, and so on.Part 3, on the building of the contingent of teachers in ‘the dual teacher type' the path of development prospects, that is to build a "double division" team building and foreign aid path, a two pronged approach, and to path as research focus and clarity of the county vocational teaching center ‘dual teacher type' teachers team construction path of prospect and specific measures and practices. Need occupation college teachers initiative development, occupation colleges play the main role, the depth of school enterprise integration, industry market, correct guidance, government support and protection. Multi-party efforts to build the ranks of the ‘dual teachers ‘dual' road.
