With the development of social economy,the labor market in China has appeared a problem of structural shortage.The gap of high-skilled talents has been expanding,but the supply of general skilled labor surplus,so the employment situation has been very serious.For the cultivation of high quality talents,it is necessary to adapt to the situation and make timely adjustments.In 2014,the Ministry of Education put forward to promote the transformation and development of some local undergraduate colleges and universities to the applied technology university.For the transformation of the institutions,finding their school-running orientation and making clear the aim of talent training is the key.Construction of practical instruction system as the key link of cultivating high-level personnel,its important role in the process of institutional transformation is self-evident.Universities for the transformation of applied technology oriented undergraduate need to clear two issues,when they are constructing a practical instruction system.One issue is what kind of practical instruction system is needed for the applied technology university,another issue is how to construct the practical instruction system to adapt to the development of their transformation,and both of them are needed to continue to study in the process of development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the practical instruction system of newly-established undergraduate transformational college.In this research,after screening and sorting of literature about practical instruction system of the applied technology university at home and aboard,the author has gradually made clear the research ideas,identified the methods of research,namely literature method,investigative method,questionnaire and interview method.This research is supported by the theory of pragmatic education and competence-based thoughts in education.After an overview of the relevant content of the practical instruction system of the newly-established undergraduate transformational college,the research investigates the current situation of which.After the investigation,this research finds out although some progress has been made,there are still s series of problems,such as the lack of enough attention to practical instruction,the poor integration of practical instruction content,the lag of practical instruction management,the weakness of practical instruction security.Looking at the essence through phenomena,this research analyses the reasons of the problem in depth.The reasons mainly include the restriction of the idea of light weight operation,the unreasonable planning of teaching content,the lack of scientific management and the shortage of educational resources.Finally,this research uses the method of system theory to construct a practical instruction system of the newly-established undergraduate transformational college.The research starts with the principle and breakthrough point of the practical instruction system of the newly-established undergraduate transformational college,and respectively discusses the design of target system,the organization of content system,the construction of management,the improvement of security system in detail.
