With the present era swiftly developing,web-based training for teachers,as a significant key of the teacher professional development,has been being highly focused on making a vital innovation in the methods of teachers' training because of its convenience and efficiency.However,when a wide range of implementation was provided,its disadvantages have been gradually shown.Considering that teachers in newly-established middle schools are young,not mature in the professional development and highly educated,they not only need more training,but also can show more problems in the process of web-based training than teachers in other schools with not short history.On the basis of existing network learning model and according to the actual situation,formulate the questionnaire of "the Status of Web-based Training for Teachers in Middle Schools" and two newly-established middle schools,Beihai Middle School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University and the First Middle School in Qitaihe,have been chosen as survey objects.Through data statistic,analysis,conclusion,find problems in the process of web-based training for teachers and learn the degree of input,accomplishment,satisfaction and school emphasis on web-based training for teachers,and then some available suggestions will be advocated.Through the investigation,some conclusions about web-based training for teachers in newly-established middle schools can be made.to begin with,in different areas,demand degree is different.Then,More practical contents are required.What's more,the validity of web-based training is suspicious.Finally,on the analysis of demographic differences.the attitude of teachers in newly-established middle schools is basically same.At the same time,there are some problems which are paid more attention to.Firstly,On the level of organizational management,school management is formalized.Secondly,on the level of web-based training platforms,designers and users are separated.Thirdly,on the personal level of teachers,the training process is formalized.Finally,corresponding suggestions are provided.Firstly,on the level of organizational management,it is not punitive measures but more reasonable rewards which can improve the enthusiasm of teachers and it is necessary to distinguish training contents and forms between stage training and continuous training.Secondly,on the level of web-based training platforms,imitation courses should be provided as many as possible so as to combine preparation for lessons with training contents.More suggestions from others should be collected and accepted,the importance of data mining in the process of web-based training are supposed to be attached to.Thirdly,on the personal level of teachers,time should be reasonable to be arranged to make training,work and preparation for lessons unified.The attitude towards web-based training need be changed and teachers had better actively participate in the construction of web-based training platforms.
