Classical Chinese take up a large proportion in high school Chinese teaching materials.Therefore,it has become the focus of the college entrance examination and important teaching concern of teachers.Classical Chinese words,the most critical part of Classical Chinese teaching,have become inevitable problems.At present,the high school classical Chinese words teaching has been in a state of high involvement and low efficiency.Although teachers have spent a lot of time and energy in teaching classical Chinese words,students still feel bored and can't understand them well,which leads to low grades in the exam.Classical Chinese words teaching seems to get into a difficult dilemma and how to break it has become a challenge for many Chinese education researchers.In view of this,this paper aims at investigating the current status of the high school classical Chinese words teaching,and trying to find out the causes of inefficient situation so that a right solution can be found to provide more practical methods for high school teachers' teaching in classical Chinese words,and effective guidance for students' learning classical Chinese words.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text is divided into three parts..The first part mainly introduces the teaching of classical Chinese words and its function.First,the paper defines the concept of the writings in classical Chinese,and then figures out the connotation of the classical Chinese words teaching and its function in raising students' reading ability,ability to use language,promoting the students unique style,enriching cultural knowledge.The second part mainly states the problems and the cause of high school classical Chinese words teaching.The author analyzes the problems of high school classical Chinese words teaching by collecting questionnaire survey data of Shenqiu No.1 High School classical Chinese words teaching.According to the analysis,we find that teachers play a leading role in teaching,but they can't deal with the teaching materials flexibly and teaching efficiency is not high,at the same time,students don't have active learning attitude and they don't get ideal scores.The paper aims at figuring out the cause of lower teaching efficiency of high school classical Chinese words on the basis of studying present situation of high school classical Chinese words teaching.The third part is the focus of this paper.According to the current situation and cause analysis of the second part,this chapter puts forward some solutions from the aspects of perfecting teachers' teaching methods,grasping the teaching goals of classical Chinese words accurately,improving learning methods,arousing students' interest in learning classical Chinese words,strengthening the cohesion of the teaching content of junior and senior high school.
