The traditional culture is the spirit of the Chinese nation and connotation of personality and the inheritance of mordern culture as well.Without the traditional culture,our culture will be like a tree without roots.Ancient poetry is the important carrier of traditional culture.Learning ancient poetry is one of the basic methods to inherit the outstanding traditional cultural,which can realize the profoundity and long-history of ancient culture and appreciate its core thoughts and humanistic feelings.The Chinese Language Arts curriculum standard(2017)(hereafter referred to as a Standard)point out that reading classic works of Chinese traditional culture and accumulating classical reading experience can develop national aesthetic tastes,enhancing understanding of excellent Chinese traditional culture and raise awareness and pride in Chinese culture,enhancing cultural confidence,inheriting and promoting Chinese culture better.As an important content of Chinese traditional culture,ancient poetry has naturally become a top priority in the Chinese language class for high schools.How to guide students to actively study ancient poems and appreciate the core ideas and humanistic spirits is worth of considering.However,the appreciation ability of ancient poetry in high school students is not satisfying.Therefore,how to improve the appreciation ability of senior poets' ancient poetry is still a problem to be solved in the current high school language education.This article is mainly divided into four parts for research.The part of introduction mainly describes the background of this topic,significance of research,status review,research methods and research ideas;The second part is a survey of the status of senior poetry appreciation of ancient poetry,describeing the composition of appreciation ability of ancient poetry,summed up the condition of learning ancient poetry of students and tthe teaching ancient poetry by teachers;The third part is the analysis of the causes of the weakness of high school students' appreciation of ancient poetry,performing a concrete analysis from the two aspects of students and teachers;The fourth part is the key of research object in this article.The author put forward four suggestions for training: firstly,we should pay attention to basic knowledge and basic skills and grasp the teaching of ancient poetry from various aspects of language andwriting skills.Secondly,we should change the concept of teachers,and determine the main position of students to prepare for effective teaching in class.Thirdly,the class should be carefully designed and stimulated with interests.Carefully design the import,carefully design the problem,carefully design the work,through careful design to improve the classroom efficiency.Fourthly,we should pay attention to the appreciation of teaching methods,so that students learn to perceive the beauty of the ancient poetry from reading,the linguistic feelings of the beauty of language,the feelings of the beauty and emotion to grasp the cultural connotation of ancient poetry from the overall.In the author's point,the ability to cultivate high school students' appreciation of ancient poetry requires efforts from the aspects of the stylistic features of ancient poetry,teacher accomplishment,the subjective status of students,students' interest in learning them,and the right methods of appreciation.However,the cultivation of appreciation ability is a complicated process.It is absolutely not enough to rely on the efforts of teachers and students.It also requires the joint participation and efforts of family and society.
