Objective: Analyze the effect of Taijiquan intervention on health care by carrying out Meta,and provide suggestions for Taijiquan intervention in health care research,and explore the general rules of Taijiquan exercise.Methods: Search related papers in database,such as CNKI,TONGFANG,Wan Fang,PubMed,web of science and scientific.net.Evaluate and judge the quality and risk of papers by using Revman5.3.Use Stata12.0 to take the Meta analysis of the data from the papers filtered according to include and exclude standards,including forest map,subgroup analysis and publication bias test,cumulative analysis,sensitivity analysis,multiple regression analysis.Conclusion: First,the effect of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,quiet steps index,vital capacity,grip strength,flexion,body fat percentage,body mass index and other indicators are not completely clear.But the effect of diastolic blood pressure,nailfold microcirculation index has been clear.Second,at present,in the research field of Taijiquan intervention care,there is a good situation for the study concerning the number and wide range,but most of the studies in the experimental design,experimental implementation and experimental results of measurements to forecast links exist general low methodological quality problems.Suggestion:First,Taijiquan has no significant effect on the diastolic blood pressure of the young people.Taijiquan has no significant effect on the grip strength of the young people.The influence of Taijiquan on grip strength is not significant in the mixed sex group.Therefore,the general population with the purpose of controlling the diastolic pressure and improving the grip should not choose Taijiquan.The middle-aged and old people can choose Taijiquan for the purpose of improving microcirculation,and the general crowd who want to improve the flexibility can choose Taijiquan.Second,we should pay more attention to the method of practicing Taijiquan.People who choose Taijiquan as a mean of controlling body fat should insist more than half a year in order to achieve remarkable results;Taijiquan Exercise can be effective only if the people who want to promote body index insist a half of a year;The promotion of peripheral microcirculation exercises should be based on the spirit and body relaxed.
