When primary school students enter the high grade,with the self-consciousness,there is rebellious psychology.Teachers in the classroom management came across many problems,especially the students of the classroom behavior more and more obvious.Not only affects the students' own learning,but also affect the teacher's normal teaching and class learning.Therefore,it is particularly important that to guide students to self-management and training students' self-management ability through classroom behavior.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign classroom behavior and students' ability to cultivate the existing achievements and related theories,it was found that empirical research through the classroom behavior of primary school students to cultivate is lacking.Under the guidance of the theory of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the status quo and the causes of the classroom behavior of senior students through the questionnaire,and puts forward the strategies of cultivating the self-management ability of senior students in primary school.Senior students learn to understand the classroom behavior,the self-management of classroom behavior records,through the classroom in the classroom for active classroom behavior and the effective guidance of students self-management ability training,strengthening,etc.,can effectively reduce the negative classroom behavior,and increased positive classroom behavior.Students' understanding of the behavior of the classroom,observation and control ability has been improved,and sort out the senior students classroom behavior self-management methods.With the improvement of the level of moral awareness of students,the effect of self-management is getting better and better.To improve the self-management ability of senior students,teachers need to change the concept of management of students,trust and expect students to self-management.Adjust the classroom management,to give students self-management of the time and space.Teach students to self-management methods,to guide students to sum up self-management approach.Students' classroom behavior is more active,not only improve classroom discipline,enhance students' initiative and stimulate students ‘interest in learning,but also greatly improve students' learning efficiency and improve the quality of classroom learning.In addition,the students' self-management of classroom behavior,can help to change the role of teachers and the teaching management strategy,teachers can focus more on the teaching of classroom content,teaching effect is good,teacher-student relationship is friendly and class atmosphere more active and harmonious.In order to improve the senior management of the students,improve the quality of education and improve students' self-management ability,this paper shares experience and reference.
