A new round of curriculum reform has been put on the agenda,and the relevant education experts and front-line teachers have been actively concerned about that and constantly explore the teaching mode and teaching methods under the new curriculum reform,but in terms of the current situation of Geography teaching of senior high school,most of them still use the traditional teaching mode,and this kind of teaching mode is boring and inefficient,and it is difficult to arouse the students' interest in learning geography,and improve the Geography grade of senior high school students.Teachers are also lack of teaching passion using this kind of traditional teaching mode,and the teaching efficiency can't be effectively improved.Senior high school is an important period for students to add to knowledge and effectively learn,but also a key period for students to contact new things and develop their thinking Therefore,transforming traditional teaching mode and exploring new-type learning methods are the important breakthrough in the teaching of Geography of senior high school,and also important research subject for Geography teachers of senior high school.Senior high school Geography covers a wide range of knowledge and various and complex contents,and it is a more comprehensive subject.Therefore,under the guidance of the concept of the new curriculum reform,it is of great value and significance to create a new teaching mode and apply the mind mapping into the Geography teaching of senior high school.This thesis starts from the research background and research significance of mind mapping,and on the basis of learning research status at home and abroad,it studies the effectiveness of mind mapping in the Geography teaching of senior high school under the background of the new curriculum reform and analyzes the important value and significance of mind mapping in the Geography teaching of senior high school under the new curriculum reform,is combined with the cases to explain the application of the mind mapping in the teaching of teachers and learning of students,and puts forward some feasible suggestions through theoretical analysis,experimental teaching,questionnaire investigation and interviews.Finally,we hope that the mind mapping can be widely used in the teaching of Geography of senior high school,and more students can benefit from the learning method of mind mapping.
