A Practice Report On The Chinese Translation Of �Technical And Economic Report On The Exploration For The Kuran-Dhzailiau Gold Mine�

With the promotion of " The Belt and Road " policy,China gradually increases the intensity of foreign investment cooperation.As an important country,which is affected by policy " The Belt and Road ",Kyrgyzstan has attracted the interest of domestic investors due to its rich mineral resources.However,There are few translations of mining materials,which greatly limit the mutual cooperation and understanding between the two countries.Therefore,translating science and technology text of mining industry is extremely necessary.The technical and economic report fully discusses the feasibility of the gold mining,and this report involves knowledge of various aspects in the field of geological exploration and it is difficult to translate.In the process of translation,the author analyzes and summarizes typical cases from the perspective of vocabulary and sentences,under the guidance of Newmark's �semantic translation� and �communicative translation�,tries to understand the use of translation skills under the guidance of translation theories,such as meaning extension,conversion of words,amplification and omission,synthesization and division to improve translation accuracy and translation ability.In addition,this practice report also analyzes and summarizes the problems and shortcomings in the translation of mining materials,hoping to provide some references for future translators,as well as for the relevant people in the field of geological gold investment.
