| In the rural public service system,the public serving as a service is in a passive position,while the village organization that provides public service is on the initiative.The upside down service system leads to a far cry from the expectation of public service and public demand of village level organizations,and the public demand of public demand is small,and public products with small public demand are oversupplied.The waste of public resources has been caused,and the efficiency of public service is also reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the public demand for rural public service.Based on the study of the public satisfaction of the service of the village center in Wenzhou,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the public's satisfaction on the public service provided by the village center,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the public satisfaction.This paper mainly adopts the combination of household survey and empirical analysis,and applies descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model to analyze the public satisfaction of Wenzhou Village Center,focusing on various factors that influence public satisfaction.This paper,from four aspects of the service activities of the party office procedure of the service,the villagers convenience services and entertainment services to the village center service description of the status quo,then the public individual characteristics were analyzed using the chi square difference test,and multivariate linear regression model analysis of the satisfaction in empirical.The research shows that the public satisfaction of the villagers center is in a "satisfactory" level,and there are many problems.Based on the empirical research,this paper also puts forward suggestions for improving the public satisfaction of villagers' center service from four aspects,namely,the activities of Party members'activities;villagers' office affairs,convenient services,sports and entertainment services. |
