In recent years,the aging society has become a hot issue,how to solve the problem of aging,how to develop the way of care and so on has become the focus of society.China has entered an aging society in 2010,and our government actively seeks to cope with aging Scientific solution.Xinjiang is located in the northwestern region of our country.Its economy is relatively underdeveloped.Coupled with the imperfect development of the pension system and the low level of service for the aged,Xinjiang should not ignore the issue of aging.In the vast rural areas,the empty nesters,the disabled and the elderly The number of elderly does not increase,the wishes of the elderly institutions are not high,the development of institutional care of the elderly is slow,the weak pension system is facing enormous challenges.Therefore,the factors influencing pension in rural areas in Xinjiang are explored and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to deal with the growing problem of rural old-age pension.Based on the questionnaire survey of more than 1500 elderly people over the age of 60 in the seven star towns of Xinjiang,combining the interviews and literature review,based on the theory of ecosystem,we find that among the microeconomics,gender,age,nationality,educational attainment,Factors such as health status,economic status,number of children,living conditions,self-care situation,entertainment facilities satisfaction and family care satisfaction and other factors have some correlation with elderly people living in pension institutions;among the mid-range factors,In the macroscopical factors,the traditional culture of family-oriented culture in our country and the lack of pensions of the elderly in the rural areas,the construction of imperfect,the state pension service system and the state-wide social welfare policy will influence the aged's institutional pension.Awareness of the elderly affect the choice of pension.By combing the influential factors of elderly care in rural areas and combining with the actual conditions in rural areas of Xinjiang and drawing on relevant experience,we can make suggestions for the development of rural aged care in Xinjiang.Pay attention to media propaganda,advocate a healthy elderly life,and form an atmosphere of extensive attention to the cause of pensions.Based on the needs of the elderly in rural areas,we should construct various forms of pensions,improve the construction of public pension institutions,and implement policies to guide social forces to participate in pensions services System construction,strengthen the construction of pension service professionals,improve the service quality of the aged pension,persist in overall coordination and perfect the building of the pension service system,so as to build an all-round,multi-faceted and specialized retirement development system to alleviate rural old-age pension Pressure,to achieve the old support.
