Design And Implementation Of A Credit Archives Management System Based On ETL

With the continuous development of e-government construction,the development of social informatization is getting faster and faster,and it has become the general trend of global economic and social development,and the government administration will also realize informationization.However,China's e-government is still not perfect,and there are still many loopholes,especially in terms of data collection.Government workers will generate more and more data in the process of using the system.These data come from different departments,or different designs and different environments,which will lead to the inefficient use of data,which will easily lead to ‘information islands'.The lack of a relatively complete and complete information management infrastructure will result in the deep exploitation and utilization of information,and will also affect the information development in other fields,and will also result in the loss and waste of resources.Therefore,the sharing and application of information resources of government agencies is a more advanced stage and core task of e-government construction.The papers in this paper are based on the province's e-government extranet,using ETL technology to implement the credit file management system,and integrating the credits of legal persons and natural persons generated by administrative agencies,judicial departments,institutions,and organizations at all levels in the process of performing public management functions.Information,collecting,sorting,and storing data,scientifically utilizing data,enabling data to be managed from a clearer dimension,eliminating ‘information islands' and realizing information sharing.The system is developed using B/S and Spring MVC architecture,and extracts and integrates data based on ETL technology.Realize the functions of collecting,classifying,retrieving,counting and inquiring data of legal persons and natural persons.ETL is a process of loading data from a business system into a data warehouse after being extracted and cleaned.The system conducts in-depth research and analysis on credit file management,analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the credit file management system,and designs and implements the credit file management system.This paper firstly analyzes the business background and needs analysis,and designs a credit file management system based on ETL.At the same time,the design concept and design of credit file data based on metadata are discussed.The data is processed in the form of ETL in terms of data sources.Finally,the credit data is displayed in the form of metadata,so that the user can perform data retrieval by means of subject information or according to metadata information items.Through the above design and development,the credit file management system was finally realized.It mainly includes functional modules such as file classification management,metadata configuration,metadata authority,metadata release,credit file query,and metadata statistics.The system is deployed in practical applications and processes data according to requirements every day,and integrates data from different departments and finally enters the database to achieve data sharing.At the same time,it saves the time of manual operation,improves the efficiency of data processing,and ensures the correctness of the data,which has made great contributions to the government credit industry.
