| At present,more and more scholars are paying attention to the community governance structure which is jointly participated by the government,market,society and other multiple subjects.However,how to participate in community governance,what effect can be achieved after participation,and what deficiencies still exist need to be further studied.Guided by the embeddedness theory,the new institutional theory and the the theory of good governance,this paper adopts the methods of literature,case analysis and interview,through the field survey of S County,summarizes the ways,measures and effects of social organizations participating in community governance,the existing problems and reasons,and explores the countermeasures that are helpful for s county’s social organizations participating in community governance.The conclusion is as follows:The existing problems of social organizations participating in community governance in S County include:weak development of social organizations as a whole,lack of independence of social organizations participating in community governance,inadequate participation of social organizations in community governance and low participation rate of citizens in social organizations and community governance.The main reasons for the problems of social organizations’participation in community governance include:lack of policy,regulation and system guarantee,imperfect operation mechanism of social organizations’ participation in community governance,insufficient support from the government to social organizations’ participation in community governance,low level of information technology of social organizations and lack of democratic atmosphere in the community.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the self construction of social organizations,improving the legal policies and systems for social organizations to participate in community governance,increasing the support for social organizations to participate in community service,improving the management and operation mechanism,improving the governance ability of social organizations,enhancing the information level of social organizations to participate in community governance and cultivating the awareness of community residents to participate in community governance,the paper puts forward the social organizations of s county to participate in community governance the efficient path of reason. |
