Research On Intelligent Urban Community Governance

Community intelligent governance is an important direction of the development of community governance in China in recent years.At the beginning of the 12 th Five-Year Plan of our country,we have emphasized the work of urban intelligence around socialist core values,based on the theory of e-government and "Internet ",which has been first implemented by cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,and has expanded rapidly to the second and third tier cities in China.However,the third and fourth tier cities due to infrastructure,development experience,economic level and talent construction level is relatively backward,so the community intelligent governance process has not been effectively promoted.Based on the community intelligent management of s community in Luohe city,this research is conducted Research object,try to discuss the development of community intelligent governance in small and medium-sized cities.Based on urban intelligence theory,community development theory,community liberation theory and so on,this paper analyzes the present situation,problems and reasons of community intelligence governance in Luohe S community based on the experience of domestic and foreign played an important role in promoting residents' autonomy,strengthening information transmission and improving the efficiency of government affairs As a result,Luohe S community governance intelligence did not play All the functions,there are low penetration rate of intelligent platform,insufficient atmosphere of community governance;insufficient investment in follow-up funds,network platform still need to be improved;shortage of intelligent management personnel,residents to participate in community intelligent management is insufficient;urban community intelligent management socialization,market-oriented level is insufficient;Lack of community intelligent evaluation mechanism and a series of problems.On this basis,this paper puts forward some development countermeasures,such as: optimizing the governance system,standardizing the service flow,constructing diversified financing mechanism,promoting the follow-up construction,strengthening the construction of the team,perfecting the management system and stimulating the people's participation vitality,introducing the frontier technology,expanding the intelligent management empty space establish a perfect community intelligent evaluation system to form an effective supervision mechanism.in order to help it further improve the intelligent system of urban community governance and form a harmonious community governance environment.
