Research On The Problem Of The Elderly Service In Smart Community

With the rapid development of economy,science and technology,medical level and the change of people's ideas,especially the implementation of the multi-year family planning policy,China's population fertility rate,birth rate and mortality rate have decreased,life expectancy has increased,and the aging population is becoming increasingly serious.The majority of the elderly in the pursuit of material needs at the same time the requirements of health and spiritual life are increasingly high,the current traditional pension service model has been difficult to meet the growing demand for pension services.With the development of new generation information technology and the construction of smart community,providing more professional services for community pension is also an important issue.However,at present,the traditional pension service industry is still dominated by traditional manual operation and management,and there are many deficiencies in service efficiency,service quality,etc.the overall situation of the pension service industry is that supply is less than demand.At this stage,the elderly service personnel are in short supply,with low quality and poor professionalism.With the rising cost of human resources,land,water and electricity and other resources,the shortage of elderly service supply is more and more obvious.In this situation,the intelligent pension mode uses the Internet of things,wearable devices,telemedicine and other emerging technologies to provide the pension industry with services that "human cannot do it,human cannot do it well,and human is unwilling to do it",so as to achieve higher quality pension services at a lower cost.In this study,quhua street of Quzhou City is selected as the research object to study the supply of elderly care services in smart community,and explore the methods and suggestions that can solve the problems of traditional elderly care mode.In order to further put forward the specific problems and suggestions that the smart community elderly care service will play a greater role in serving the elderly,this paper,by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,understanding the development process of smart community elderly care service,learning from the development situation and advanced experience at home and abroad,and further taking quhua street,Kecheng District,Quzhou City as an example,conducts field research,questionnaire and face-to-facecommunication,etc.,to investigate the real needs of the elderly for the elderly care services in smart communities,and summarize the following problems in the construction of smart communities and the supply of elderly care services in quhua Street: 1.The construction of the basic platform for elderly care services in smart communities needs to be strengthened;2.The coverage of elderly care services in smart communities is low;3.The lack of professional practitioners;4.Smart communities There is still a gap between the content and demand of elderly care services in the district.According to the research results,combined with the domestic and foreign literature and the advanced countries and provinces,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,build the grid information platform of "Internet plus pension services";second,promote the systematic and standardized construction of the intelligent community care services;third,pay attention to the construction of intelligent communities and the optimization of pension services;fourth,promote The fifth is to cultivate a professional team of smart community pension services.
