Chinese reading.is a comprehensive,abstract language situations,requires the learners in the use of accurate and appropriate,on the basis of reading strategies and laws,have strong ability of language practical application,to master the ability of obtaininginformation and strong logical thinking ability is the key factor for improving the quality of Chinese reading.However the present Chinese reading methods and strategies of the effect is not obvious.neglecting the students on the analysis of the problems in theprocess of reading and judgment,and the problem solving thinking and behavior is not clear,the problem in the process of reading,for example,the choice of methods,strategies.the use of,learners thinking logic,such as the lack of objective analysis,lead to inefficient to read,to solve the problem of accuracy is not high,and to read the final result of the evaluation,can only be evaluated according to the subjective cognition,weaknesses and blind spots judgment from the students' learning difficulties,second,for high school students.due to timeconstraints.the lack of a large number of extracurricular reading,reading literacy training and ability of ascension must depend on effective reading strategies,is good at the core of reading,and limited time efficient finish reading activities,it is also a high school student's own characteristics decide the strategy of optimization and ascend.This research is in the ICT technology,in combination with the results of questionnaire and the characteristics of students,the design case of Chinese reading,students involved in the process of reading the order to solve the problem is given priority to,make it according to have basic knowledge of Chinese language and reading comprehension strategies,in particular the case of Chinese reading materials design,on the need to solve problems and tasks,under the guidance of students through the analysis of Chinese reading,exploring,judge the sexual choice,record the learning process of students.Scientific,objective and accurate to the students' language application strategy,and combine the results of data,through the way of comparison,can quickly find the problem on the students in the reading methods and strategies,identify weaknesses,aiming at the problem of the same type or similar optimization training,until the students can efficiently solve the problem,read the results of the time to ascend,the positive and stable trend,show that it can improve the deficiency of the original policy and can be familiar with use strategy to solve the problem,in order to improve the level of the students' reading ability and reading.
