Teaching evaluation is one of the important means to objectively measure the teaching effect.Most of the traditional evaluation methods are mainly based on student academic performance to identify and select.This evaluation method has a certain degree of fairness.But it is extremely inadequate to evaluate students' emotion,learning process,individual differences,self-reflection and so on in higher vocational colleges.It is particularly deficient in the mastery of the knowledge and skills of"occupational practicability".As an important way of evaluation,performance evaluation has special functions and important significance to expand the evaluation means,make up for the deficiency of traditional evaluation,promote the comprehensive development of students and improve the quality of education and teaching.This article takes 200 students(100 males and 100 females)specialized in volleyball of 2016 grade in Lanzhou vocational technical college as the test object and uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the test method to study the impact of performance evaluation on PE teaching effort in higher vocational colleges.The study shows that:(1)It can not be overall promotive to cultivate and improve the comprehensive quality of students by traditional evaluation on PE teaching in higher vocational colleges.(2)The content of PE teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges should highlight "occupational practicability".(3)The performance evaluation has no obvious effect on improving the physical function and improving the physical quality of higher vocational students.(4)The performance evaluation has obvious effect on psychological quality and sports option skills of higher vocational college students.(5)Performance evaluation has a positive propulsion effect for vocational students to master practical sports knowledge and skills.The study says that:(1)Higher vocational colleges should update the concepts and improve the evaluation methods of PE teaching.(2)Should enhance teachers scientific research ability and strengthen professional skills and quality.(3)Should reinforce the classroom order monitoring and train students self-management ability.(4)The design of the evaluation scheme should pay attention to the transfer of occupational practical sports knowledge and skill training.(5)Performance evaluation and traditional evaluation should complement and integrate with each other.(6)We should correctly understand the performance evaluation and not exaggerate the regulated function.The study is to improve the quality of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges,carry out physical education curriculum reform and provide reference materials with a certain reference for deeper study.
