Research On The Participation Of College Students In School Management

With the continuous progress of socialist democratization and the deepening of higher education reform,the issue of college students'participation in school management has become a hot topic of discussion in today's society.Since the reform and opening up,college education management will take college students to participate in school management as the focus of reform.However,in our country,the internal and external environment of higher education has gradually become complex,and the former institution of higher education management has not-been able to meet the needs of modern social development.Influenced by the trend of thought abroad,we should speed up the reform of the management system of colleges and universities and explore how to get college students to participate in the management of schools.Nowadays,the participation of college students in the management of Chinese colleges and universities is in its infancy.The fields,methods and effects of students 'participation are not ideal.Among them,college students in higher vocational colleges,as another group of students receiving higher education,have their own particularity.Based on stakeholder theory,subject education theory,participatory management and other related theories,this study uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to randomly select students of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College,and interviews with school teachers,administrative officers,and relevant administrative leaders.According to the current situation of educational reform and development,starting from the school management and the legitimate rights of students,the author analyzes the existing problems and finds out the reasons for them,the author puts forward some countermeasures for college students to participate in school management,and further improves the organization of college students to participate in school management.Formulate and revise the rules and regulations for college students participating in school management in higher vocational colleges;Establish a mature school management mechanism to organize and coordinate management departments at all levels;Strengthen the college students 'participation in the school management,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the college students' participation in the school management.
