“Close to life,close to students,and close to reality” is an important idea and conception,which has been transferred from the reform of the new curriculum.According to the demands of the curriculum reform of history curriculum standards in the general high school(experiments),history is a basic discipline,which undertakes an important educational function,including guiding the whole development of students;improving their humanistic qualities,and promoting social progress.Therefore,in the process of history teaching,living ability and practical hands-on ability gradually receive attention.The selection about history curriculum content focuses on students' lives and closely links with society.For the long-term development of society,teaching must be closely linked with and communicated with life and society,in order to providing excellent talents for the progress of society.Tao Xingzhi's life education theory is a kind of educational idea or educational thought that advocates linking teaching with life.It was mainly aimed at the specific national conditions in China at that time,which promoted the development of education in China and subsequently played an important role in the specific teaching process.After nearly a hundred years,it has been proved that this theory is worthy of reference.And it includes "life is education,society is the school,combination of teaching and learning" etc.Meanwhile it also focuses on cultivating students' ability about "doing",paying attention to students' life world,and cultivating talents based on social needs.The theory of life education not only provides theoretical guidance for historical teaching in middle schools,but also some specific methods for practical use.This paper includes the following three aspects: Firstly,it is the study of the theory of life education.Secondly,it is the study of the application strategy of the life education theory in the history teaching of middle schools,which is the significant point of the research topic.After the teaching practice and experience accumulation in the practice school,the "four modernizations" are proposed,involving the diversification of teaching resources,the life of teaching objectives,the practice of teaching process,and the democratization of teacher-student relationship.It is also combined with practical cases to study in order to arousing students' interest in learning history,cultivating students' thinking and practical skills and promoting students' all-round development.Finally,it is a study of problems and reflections existing in the process of using life education theory in the history class of senior high school.To be specific,referring to internship case,we will seriously reflect and summarize the aspects of success and failure,find out the existing problems,and then put forward some reasonable suggestion to provide useful lessons for the use of life education theory in history teaching.
