In recent years,the deletion and modification of Chinese textbooks has attracted wide attention from the industry and society.The evaluation of the modification is different.This paper studies the deletion and modification of the selected text in Chinese textbooks of the seventh grade to ninth grade.By comparing the original and modified text,find out the differences and analyze which changes reasonable or not better.The reasonable part of the revision has been carefully edited.Editor to demonstrate not only taking into account the writing standard of Chinese characters and how to make a sentence into an article,but also considering the article has important influence on the culture of edification,the cultivation of morality and taste.Although,the editor has spent a lot of time and energy,there are still problems such as painting and adding feet,destroying content integrity,reducing language literariness,losing unified standards and so on.According to the analysis of the reasonable and the insufficiency,the author puts forward proposal,the editors should note three principles : normative principles,literariness principle,and principle of economy.In the process of deleting the selection,stick to specification for punctuation,stick to the accurate use of simplified Chinese characters,modify sentences that do not conform to grammatical norms and Chinese expression habits and persist in changing text using uniform standards.At the same time,please be careful to keep the language literary,modify words according to the style and emotional color expressed in the selection.While making triviality to simply,editor should be careful to maintain the integrity of the article.Try to use original language abbreviations,if it is not particularly necessary to change it will be keep.On the basis of respect for the original text,for students and first-line teachers,revise each text.Teachers can also develop curriculum resources by comparing the original and revised texts.Use the value of "deleting and modifying " to all aspects of Chinese teaching,such as reading teaching,writing teaching,and oral communication.In this way,we can give full play to the excellent Chinese lessons.
