With the rapid development and wide application of science and technology,the demand for technological innovation talents is also increasing day by day.Based on this,the United States launched Maker Education movement for the first time.The Learning Labs project is the way to realize the development of Maker Education.Libraries and museums in the United States are committed to breaking the traditional function of knowledge dissemination,taking junior and senior middle school students as cultivating object,and taking training digital media Maker talents as basic purpose to carry out Maker Education.The 5-year-longth Learning Labs Project,which was officially launched in 2013 has promoted the rapid development of Maker Education,though it has been for a short period of time.At the same time,it has played a positive role in the development of teenagers' digital media skills.This study mainly adopts the method of literature analysis and case study,taking Learning Labs Project of Maker Education as object and Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh as an example to position the aim of the project,to expound the cause of its emergence.The static structure and dynamic operation of the project are taken as the main research contents,and then reconsider the characteristics of the project.Based on the above,the research framework of this paper is as follows:In the preface part,expounds the research problem,explores the new research view and finally according to the literature review and research question design research framework.Chapter one analyzes the objective of Learning Labs Project,and analyzes its causes.Chapter two expounds the static structure of American Learning Labs Project,including its content setting,educational methods and the evaluation and display.Chapter three expounds the dynamic operation mechanism of Learning Labs Project.Explain how each element works and analyze it in detail from the four dimensions of goal-oriented mechanism,systematic coordination mechanism,multi-bit cooperation mechanism and external safeguard mechanism.Chapter four reflects the characteristics of Learning Labs Project of Maker Education.
