With the promulgation of the Music Curriculum Standard,the music curriculum reform has taken 16 years to explore.Although the music education in rural primary and secondary schools has made progress to a certain extent,the development of music education is slow and the results are not satisfactory.Compared with the national average level of music education in primary and secondary schools,The level of music education in rural primary and secondary schools is on the low side,and there is a big gap compared with the economically developed urban areas.The present situation of school music education in the rural areas of Hongjiang is even more worrisome.Schools never offer instrumental music classes and dance classes.Music course as a "secondary course" is not attached importance to,the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually widening,the development of music education in urban and rural areas appears serious imbalance phenomenon,therefore,it is inevitable to constantly improve the current situation of the imbalance of music education in urban and rural areas.To promote the development of music education in rural primary and secondary schools is the premise.Based on the angle of education fairness,this paper clarifies the definition of education equity,discusses the problems of urban and rural music education equity,and makes a field investigation and questionnaire survey on the gap between urban and rural music education in Hongjiang City.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Hongjiang City,and gives some thoughts and reflections on how to promote the sound and rapid development of music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas.Then put forward feasible opinions and suggestions.In the face of the worrying situation of music education,we must treat it rigorously,sum up and sum up a set of feasible and applicable solutions.In Hongjiang City,the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas is investigated from schools,teachers,Students and parents,in order to promote the rapid development of music education in rural primary and secondary schools,thereby improving the students' musical literacy and achieving the goal of promoting the all-round development of students,the school's music teaching equipment,music teachers,Music teaching materials,music classroom forms,campus literature and art activities,educational concepts are all important factors that need to be discussed and studied in this paper.Through careful and rigorous investigation and investigation,we try to reflect the real situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in the rural areas of Hongjiang City,hoping to attract the attention of the government,the support of teachers,and the concern of the whole society.Hongjiang rural primary and secondary schools for the primary exploration of music education to do their part.
