Teachers' education is mainly undertaken by normal universities in China,which are responsible for the study of theoretical knowledge and educational practice.In order to improve the quality and professional level of teachers,promote the reputation and influence of normal universities in the region,draw lessons from the successful experience of University alliances,and jointly carry out curriculum development,subject co-construction,scientific research,talent training and other projects to achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.This form of joint development of the above-mentioned activities by regional normal university is called the Regional Teachers Education Alliance.At present,the Regional Teacher Education Alliance has begun to emerge in many provinces in China,such as the teaching experimental area of Northeast Normal University,the Teacher Education Alliance of Hubei University,the Teacher Education Alliance of Yunnan Province,Shandong Province and the teacher education development alliance of Anhui Province.The development path and effectiveness of these regional teacher education alliances will directly affect the subsequent development of the alliances.Therefore,this paper studies the issue of regional teacher education alliances.In order to understand the development status of Regional Normal University Education alliance,the methods of literature research,system analysis,comparative study and case study are mainly used.Through the literature review of the university alliance,Teacher Education Alliance and Regional Normal University Education alliance,it summarizes the origin,development,type,mode and function of the University Alliance.Then,the development path of Regional Normal University Education Alliance is analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for this paper.Finally,taking Liaoning Province Education Development Alliance as an example,through the use of text analysis and interviews based on grounded theory,to understand the creation process and achievements of the alliance.Throughinvestigation,it is found that the establishment of Liaoning Education Development Alliance has effectively promoted the supply-side structural reform in the field of education,and promoted the level of higher education and the ability of education development in Liaoning Province.At the same time,At the same time,through the quantitative analysis of the interview results and finds out that some problems exist in the Liaoning Education Development Alliance inevitably,such as imperfect designs,lack of internal dynamic mechanisms,low formalization of planning content and low degree of alliance sharing,which results from the initial stage,vague understanding of alliance theory and lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism.Therefore,the paper puts forward the optimization path of Regional Normal University Education alliance,including continuously improving the operation mechanism,giving full play to the effectiveness of the alliance;establishing a favorable environment for the development of the alliance,playing the guiding role of the government;promoting the identification of the theoretical culture of the alliance and defining the orientation of the Regional Normal University alliance.Only by constantly improving the theory and practice,can we promote the steady progress of the regional normal university education alliance.
