In order to achieve the goal of "Establish Morality to Nurture Talent",the Ministry of Education launched a new round of curriculum reform in 2014.The new curriculum reform focused on the cultivation of students' core qualities,and the awareness of the rule of law became one of the four core qualities in the newly published "Teaching Standards for High School Ideological and Political Education(2017 Edition)".The exploration of the strategic path to cultivate the core knowledge of the consciousness of the rule of law has become a high school education.The important task of ideological and political teachers in the current era,and strengthening the education of core students with high school students' awareness of the rule of law,is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a country under the rule of law,and an inevitable trend for the development of the modern socialist society under the rule of law.Cultivating young people's awareness of the rule of law is a complicated and systematic project.Compared with other disciplines,high school ideological and political lessons have unique advantages and functions for the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law for middle school students.High school ideological and political teachers should grasp the favorable conditions to play The ideological and political lesson has the function of cultivating the sense of law.From the perspective of cultivating the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,this article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to explore issues related to the education of the rule of law in high school ideological and political subjects on the basis of literature research.Combining the meaning of legal consciousness education and the core qualities of ideological and political disciplines,the author demonstrates the basis for the education of the legal consciousness in high school ideological and political classes,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of high school students'legal consciousness education.On this basis,the author proposes corresponding optimization strategies from four levels:curriculum system,faculty resources,academic evaluation,and individual students.
