As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters into the new era,we must put forward higher requirements for adolescents' public participation Literacy in order to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The ideological and political course in high school,due to its discipline advantage,is an important way to cultivate high school students' public participation Literacy and enhance their social understanding and participation.Therefore,from the perspective of discipline teaching,it is important to study the public participation Literacy and training strategies for high school students,which is of great significance for improving their sense of responsibility,forming healthy personality,enriching the theoretical system of ideological and political discipline,and enhancing the effectiveness of disciplinary education.However,the high school students nowadays have a long way to go in the following five aspects:public participation knowledge,public participation consciousness,the spirit of collectivism in public participation and public participation mode.The main reasons lying behind are that teachers' understanding of the curriculum's nature is not clear enough,the implementation of curriculum idea is far from satisfactory,the cognition of disciplinary thinking is missing,and the concept of curriculum resources development is rather narrow.Therefore,we shall first innovate the teaching philosophy and highlight the importance of the public participation literacy by relying on the ideological and political curriculum to cultivate high school students' public participation literacy.On this basis,the course teaching is optimized and the daily experience of public participation is underlined.We shall also fully excavate teaching resources to lay solid support for the course of public participation.The last but not the least,enrich the activity-oriented courses and construct the field of public participation.
