With the rapid development of the national economic level,education is also constantly reforming and progressing.In recent years,the government has vigorously advocated the student-centered education mode,and the needs of students have gradually become the focus of teacher work.Students need a "good teacher" that meets their requirements.At the same time,with the introduction and development of the spirits of&strengthen moral education and cultivate people" and "Four Haves Teachers",the government also put forward new requirements for teachers.Teachers need to adapt to the new teaching environment and achieve self-development.This paper is based on the existing investigations of the image of“good teacher”in the minds of students.Combined with the characteristics of physics,this paper studies what kind of qualities a "good physics teacher" should process in the minds of middle school students.What are the differences in the expectations of good physics teachers?The research follows the basic requirements and paradigm of investigation research,and mainly uses two research methods:literature method and questionnaire survey method.This study selected A Middle School in Tianjin as an experimental sample,and conducted a random questionnaire survey for students in the second year of junior high school and the first year of senior high school.By collating and analyzing the survey results,the following conclusions are obtained:First of all,there are significant differences in the degree of emphasis on the image elements of "good physics teacher" among middle school students in different periods.Junior high school students pay more attention to the personal qualities of teachers and the characteristics of teachers-students relationship.High school students pay more attention to the teachers' level of specialized knowledge.Secondly,in the minds of middle school students,the image of“good physics teachers”of different genders is basically the same.The main difference is that boys want physics teachers to be friends with themselves more than girls.Thirdly,there are significant differences in the degree of emphasis on the image elements of "good physics teachers" among middle school students with different achievement levels.Middle school students with excellent achievement pay more attention to teachers' ability to cultivate their own scientific thinking.The medium-level students are more likely to hope that teachers can analyze physical problems in depth.Middle school students with lower grades pay more attention to the good quality that teachers can actively recognize and correct the personal errors.
