Secondary vocational education is an important part of our education organization structure.It is an important part of training professional talents for the whole country and society.The quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools has a great influence on the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,improving the quality of secondary vocational teachers has become the urgent task of the current secondary vocational education.Secondary vocational school teachers' professional development depends on Teachers' individual autonomy,educational departments and school support.This paper,based on the related research of professional development of secondary vocational teachers,uses literature review,questionnaire,and so on,through the understanding of the present situation of professional development of teachers in a secondary vocational school,and from the three dimensions of teachers' professional development consciousness,professional development ability and development approach,and finds out the secondary vocational teachers.The problems in professional development are mainly manifested in poor development awareness,lack of professional development ability,and lack of appropriate ways of development,and the reasons that affect teachers' professional development include teachers' subjectivity being despised,the evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional development is unreasonable,and professional development of secondary vocational teachers lacks good external.The guidance of the environment and policy.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the professional development of secondary vocational teachers are put forward.From the individual level of teachers,the level of educational administration and the school level,the teachers' individual needs to strengthen the consciousness of professional self-development and improve their ability to reflect,while the educational administration needs to pay more attention to the autonomy of teachers and provide teachers' professional hair.The policy guidance of the exhibition,schools should provide a good development environment and atmosphere for teachers' professional development.
