In today's "nationwide reading",reading is a way of learning in every subject,and so is mathematics.Mathematics picture book is based on children's psychological characteristics,thinking characteristics and life experience,combined with rich and vivid story situations,and abstracts into concrete,making readers more story,interesting and emotional.For elementary school students,the picture books often have strong attraction.So how can teachers guide students to read math picture books and let them like mathematics better? In this regard,the author carried out a practical study.In this paper,a primary school in Ningbo city as an example,through questionnaire and interview,investigated the current situation of mathematics reading books low grade primary school students,analyze the related factors,we get the following conclusions:(1)teachers' guidance is not enough;(2)students are one-sided;(3)school resources are scarce;(4)parents understand narrowness.This study is based on the psychological development law and cognitive characteristics of the students of low grade primary school.With the help of math picture book,through the cooperation of home and school,the author constructs an effective guiding strategy for the low math picture book reading in primary school:(1)the selection of mathematical picture book: choosing the mathematical picture book which is in line with students' mind,correct mathematical content,adapt to different needs of students,complement each other with the teaching materials and match the goals.(2)the guidance of mathematics picture book reading: listen to picture book,stimulate reading interest;look at picture book,enhance operation skills;play picture book,improve communication ability;compile picture book,expand thinking ability;read by parents,consolidate mathematics knowledge;(3)evaluation of mathematical picture book reading: reward and punishment incentive;model incentive.It is hoped that through the guidance of these three aspects,teachers and parents can improve the understanding of the reading of mathematical picture books,and then actively participate in the guidance of the students' reading of mathematical picture books.
