Research On Institutional Supply Of College In Industry-university System

With slowdown of economic development,China has made great efforts to strengthen linkages between public research and private industry to improve national economic performance.The cooperation between universities and industry is regarded by scholars as an important way to innovation.Which cooperation refers to the interaction between any part of the higher education system and industry in order to encourage the transfer of science and technology in different industries.In recent years,the Chinese government has formulated and implemented some policies on industry-university-research cooperation.However,most policies of the industry-university system are enacted by the state or national ministries,and the relevant policy system issued by the university itself is relatively rare.However,the university is the most active stage of industry-university system.Industryfeatured university refers to the teaching and research university with remarkable schoolrunning characteristics and outstanding discipline group advantages.Compared with comprehensive universities,industry-featured university has more significant and concentrated advantages in the process of industry-university system.Therefore,this paper takes characteristic universities of the industry as the research object and makes a beneficial exploration from the perspective of university.First of all,this article,on the basis of related literature and theory,the university scientific research personnel to participate in academic participation into the form of cooperation between production and personnel transfer,on the basis of the theory of social exchange,analyzes the influence of university scientific research personnel to participate in cooperative research,including the economic benefits,knowledge accumulation,self-realization,science and time cost.According to the relevant institution in national,provincial and university,the institution of university that affects the willingness of university researchers to participate in cooperation will be divided into the following four parts: Title and teacher evaluation,income distribution,performance appraisal and related supporting services.Then,questionnaires were designed based on theoretical analysis and data collection,and fixed effect model was constructed for empirical test.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,corresponding Suggestions were put forward to promote the cooperation.According to the research,this paper holds that(1)from the perspective of individual characteristics of university researchers,gender of university researchers is significantly correlated with their willingness to participate in industry-university system,while age and professional title are not significantly correlated with their willingness to participate.(2)From the perspective of university institution,the systems that have no significant correlation with the willingness of university researchers to participate in industry-university system include tutor evaluation,dividend distribution,patent application and maintenance,academic entrepreneurship system.Performance appraisal,financial examination,administrative examination is significant.On the basis of empirical test,this paper proposes the following Suggestions:(1)Establish university system according to the national institution;(2)Need more reform of the scientific and technological system and greater autonomy to research institutions and researchers;(3)Implement supporting systems and specific implementation measures to enhance the willingness of university researchers.
