According to the literature,it is known that functional training has a very good effect on improving athletes' physical fitness,special ability and athletic ability.For the special group of sports dance candidates,the training time is short,the sports experience is short,and the number of years of exercise is short.Based on the interview results,combined with expert opinions and suggestions,the author believes that functional training should be used in daily training of sports dance candidates.Functional movement screening is used to find out their wrong movement patterns,and the basics are combined with special technical features to develop a functional training plan to improve physical functionality and ultimately improve special performance.In this study,literature data method,survey method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method are used to study the application research of functional training in sports dance training for candidates.A total of 60 students from Hebei Zhongyi School of Physical Education and Dance Arts in 2019 in Latin class 3 and 4 were selected as experimental subjects.Class 3 was the experimental group and class 4 was the control group.A total of 30 people in the experimental group,10 men and 20 women,functional training for 12 weeks on Tuesday,Thursday,and Saturday at 19: 30-20: 00;the control group consisted of 30 people and 10 Twenty males and females will perform the original quality training on Tuesday,Thursday,and Saturday at 19: 30-20: 00 in the evening training time.Before the experiment,subjects were screened for functional movements and tested for specific indicators to ensure homogeneity.After the experiment,subjects were again tested for functional action screening and special indicators,and their pre-test and post-test results were statistically analyzed.The experimental results are as follows:(1)According to the pre-test and post-test results of the functional motion screening experiments of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group itself compares squats,hurdle steps,trunk stability push-ups,and body rotation stability P values in order of 0.002,0.000,0.005,0.021,there are significant differences(p <0.05);the comparison group's own P value is> 0.05,there is no significant difference;the experimental group and the control group are squat,hurdle step,P value is 0.005,0.001,there is a very significant difference(P <0.01),trunk stability push-up,P value is 0.017,there is a significant difference(p <0.05).(2)According to the pre-test and post-test results of the specific indicators of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group itself has a relatively flat P,Shuangfeiyan / Big Jump P value of 0.012 and 0.025,respectively,with significant differences(p <0.05),Chachacha's basic steps,basic steps of rumba,basic steps of cowboys,self-made combination of Latin dance,silver medal routines of modern dance,the P values are 0.012,0.025,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.001,0.000,and there are very significant differences(p <0.01);The control group itself compared exactly the basic steps,basic steps of rumba,basic steps of cowboy,Latin self-made combination,modern dance silver medal routine P values were 0.017,0.039,0.036,0.025,0.023 in order,with significant differences(p <0.05)).Compared with the experimental group and the control group,the Shuangfeiyan / Big Jump,the basic step,the basic step of the rumba,the basic step of the cowboy,the Latin dance self-made combination,and the modern dance silver routine P values were 0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.009,0.000 There is a very significant difference(P <0.01).Based on the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn through research and analysis:(1)Through functional training can effectively improve the flexibility of the ankles of sports dance candidates,knee and hip stability,and torso stability.(2)Functional training application in the training of sports dance art candidates can more effectively improve the sports dance candidates special sports performance.
