With the development of modernization and depth of quality education,people's educational concepts are constantly updated.The original "book-based" teaching concept has been completely changed,and the "student-oriented" teaching concept has been deeply affirmed by people.Secondly,the rapid development of the news media has led to the rapid spread of the case of unreasonable discipline,and suddenly pushed the “discipline” to the forefront.Teachers' scientific understanding of discipline is not only related to the overall development of students,but also to the healthy development of education.It's very important for teachers to correctly understand and give reasonably use of the discipline.This study defines the concept of discipline,distinguish discipline with corporal punishment and mental punishment.During the teaching practice in Guinan Country,I observed that the teacher had some problems during the process of discipline.In order to further understand the teacher's discipline,I intend to conduct questionnaire surveys and interview teachers about the three stages of pre-discipline,discipline,and post-discipline.Then analyze the problems in it and its causes.Finally,I put forward countermeasures against the existing problems and the practical implementation of education discipline for elementary school teachers.Through investigation,the primary teachers in G County had the following problems when implementing education discipline: Equating discipline with corporal discipline;Disciplinary purpose deviates from education;Generalization of discipline objects;Teachers know differently about discipline;Disciplinary method machinery;Lack of legitimacy in the disciplinary process;Lack of reflection after discipline and other issues.Through in-depth interview analysis,the reasons for these problems are: Teachers have insufficient understanding of the meaning of discipline;Lack of artistry in educational discipline;Education regulations lack clear disciplinary rules;Lack of regulatory mechanisms in schools;Parents' wrong view of discipline increases the pressure on teachers.Based on the above theoretical inquiry and investigation and analysis,the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two levels: the external strength of the school and the teacher's subject.The countermeasures to improve the implementation of discipline through external forces of the school include: the education department formulates clear disciplinary rules;family and school work together to improve teacher discipline;and create a healthy public opinion environment.Suggestions for teachers as subjects of discipline are: establish a correct view of discipline;improve the ability to implement education discipline;and improve the art of educational discipline.
