At present,the competition in the society is the competition between talents,and the competition between countries is the competition between talents.Under the strategic background of education modernization 2035,how to improve the competitiveness of talents and what kind of education methods to train students into talents needed by the society are the problems we need to think about and solve.In this context,the importance of teaching in the classroom is highlighted.What kind of talents the society needs and how to cultivate them are the focus of this paper.The major of physical education in Wuhan sports university is to train students to be engaged in the major of physical education teachers.As a qualified physical education teacher,we should not only firmly grasp the good sports skills but also the corresponding teaching ability.At the same time,according to the provisions of the new curriculum reform,in the course of teaching,teachers should not only ensure that students master the ability required by the society,but also consider whether the enthusiasm of students in the classroom teaching can be guaranteed.As a kind of system,teaching ability can be divided into many kinds of abilities.The experimental process of this paper is to choose the teaching organization ability of teaching ability to conduct research after the expert questionnaire survey.In order to better reflect the improvement and performance of students' teaching organization ability,the experimental group with the introduction of ability-oriented teaching mode and the control group with the introduction of traditional teaching mode were divided into groups,and the results were compared,analyzed and studied.This paper uses the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,the method of Wuhan sports university sports education professional tennis level 2017 special students' teaching organization ability for teaching experiment,the experiment selected the level 2017 32 students as subjects,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for comparison analysis research.Combined with the requirements and contents of the curriculum reform of the ministry of education,this paper uses the CBE teaching mode to teach the experimental group,and the control group uses the traditional model to teach.After the experiment,the two groups of students' teaching organization ability,tennis special ability and students' effect feedback to the teaching model of ability were studied and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn through teaching experiments:1.The CBE teaching mode has its unique modular teaching design.According to theexperts,this study determined that the teaching organization ability is divided into five parts.These five parts are language expression ability,action demonstration ability,error correction ability,classroom organization ability,teaching strain ability.In this way,students can absorb and learn knowledge more easily and master knowledge more easily.2.In the teaching of CBE teaching mode,teaching organization ability reasonable selection of exploratory teaching method different plates,small group teaching method,method of their aptitude,task driven teaching method,teaching method,discussion method is introduced into the teaching design,makes the students before the class to have a complete understanding of the teaching content,course under the teacher's guidance and help in the mutual cooperation between students,between team cooperation and mutual learning between teachers and students,after class to consolidate and review of the teaching content.3.After the experiment,the analysis shows that both the CBE teaching mode and the traditional teaching model play a role in improving the teaching organization ability,but the CBE teaching mode can reflect the excellence in teaching.In CBE teaching mode,students' abilities in language expression,action demonstration,error correction,classroom organization,teaching adaptability are all better than those in the traditional teaching mode.4.According to the analysis after the experiment,the organizational ability of tennis teaching in the experimental group was still greatly different before and after the experiment.The P value of students' organizing ability before and after the experiment was less than 0.05.It is proved that the teaching organization ability of the experimental group has increased significantly under the cultivation of CBE teaching mode5.After the experiment,students in the experimental group evaluated the effect of CBE teaching mode.The CBE teaching mode is easier to improve students' learning interest and motivation,and it is easier for students to master learning knowledge.At the same time,in combination with the CBE teaching mode,the teaching organization ability of the students of physical education major is also put forward.
