In the context of the continuous improvement of national governance system and governance capacity,the modernization of education governance has become an inevitable choice for the improvement of education quality.China's education modernization 2035 and the fourth plenary session of the 19 th CPC central committee also made important discussions on education governance.In practice and research,it is found that although school management is gradually moving towards science and standardization,there are still some problems such as incomplete system contents and uncoordinated construction.Therefore,the relevant theories of synergetic theory are studied to build the framework of the internal governance system of primary schools and the model of the internal governance system of primary schools,so as to solve a series of problems of the internal governance system of primary schools and provide reference for the construction of a scientific and reasonable internal governance system of primary schools.Based on the purpose of the research,the literature research method was used to comb the relevant literature of the primary school governance research at home and abroad in recent years.It was found that there were few studies on the internal governance system of primary schools,and it was found that it was necessary and feasible to combine the theory of synergy with the theme of this study.By means of questionnaire survey,the author made a questionnaire to understand the current situation and existing problems of the internal governance system construction of primary schools and analyze the causes.The investigation finds that there are some problems in the internal governance system of primary schools,such as the system is not perfect enough,the democracy of the system is not high,the implementation rate of the system is low,the evaluation and supervision mechanism are not perfect and so on.From the perspective of synergetic theory,the reason is that the system is not complete,the system is not cooperative,the system is not coordinated to the evaluation link in the process of system construction,and even some links are missing.By adopting the action research method,M primary school carries out practice research,takes the problem as the guidance,according to the synergetic effect,the servo principle,the self-organization theory,constructs the primary school internal governance system framework,constructs the primary school internal governance system construction model,and synchronously verifies in the practice process of M primary school.In the process of the above research,the internal governance system framework of primary schools has the characteristics of systematization and systematization.The construction model of primary school internal governance system is a complex and open system,which takes talent cultivation as the center and system formulation,implementation,supervision and guarantee,and evaluation as subsystems.On the basis of the stable structure and orderly operation of the four subsystems,the system is organized by scientific and reasonable structure,which provides the power source for the realization of the self-organization movement of the system--source power,main power and joint power.The model takes system formulation as the basic link,provides a textual basis for the construction process,puts the text content into practice,and provides internal and external conditions and constraints for the whole system operation process through supervision and guarantee.The evaluation objectively examines the whole process and promotes the system optimization and improvement.In the concrete practice process and stage results of M primary school,it is found that the model can operate well and solve the problems of the internal governance system construction of primary school in the early stage.Through this practice,the governance level of M primary school has been improved,and the quality of talent training in the school has also been improved.The construction model of primary school internal governance system based on the theory of coordination is a systematic,perfect and effective closed-loop system,which is selfgenerated.As for whether the model can be effective in the construction of a broader primary school governance system,due to the limited research capacity,the extensive checksum improvement will be carried out in the next step.
