Nowadays,with the advent of the knowledge economy wave,the strategic position of knowledge has been unprecedentedly improved,and the use of knowledge has become more widespread.More and more enterprises have begun to realize the importance of knowledge organization and knowledge management,and have applied it to them one after another.The process of the company's own growth.Knowledge management performance evaluation can understand and promote the effectiveness of enterprise knowledge management,and encourage enterprises to continuously improve and improve the management of enterprises.As an important part of the development of the economy,high-tech enterprises are an important driving force for promoting economic growth,upgrading the industrial structure,and expanding employment.For high-tech enterprises,knowledge management can provide enterprises with sustainable development competitiveness,so its emergence is even more significant.Therefore,many high-tech enterprises want to improve and optimize knowledge management.It is necessary to find a comprehensive performance evaluation system for knowledge management to assess whether knowledge management has achieved the expected goals,whether it has won the competitiveness of the company,and whether the direction is correct.Whether the resource allocation of knowledge management is reasonable.Based on the above analysis,this paper selects high-tech enterprises as the research object,and builds a knowledge management performance evaluation system suitable for high-tech enterprises is the main research content of this paper.Focusing on this research content,this paper first introduces the knowledge management,knowledge management performance and high-tech enterprise related theories,and clarifies the research status of knowledge management performance at home and abroad,aiming to provide a solid theoretical basis for the research.Then,combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,the structural equation model is used to study the influence mechanism of indicators on organizational knowledge management performance,and a reasonable and perfect rating index system is constructed.Then,10 high-tech enterprises are selected by questionnaire survey and data envelopment method.The performance evaluation of knowledge management is carried out,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,combined with the impact path,the problems of knowledge management in case enterprises are proposed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed,which can provide reference for knowledge management of high-tech enterprises.And the direction of development.
