Research On Public Relations Of Township Governments In China From The Perspective Of Good Governance

As a national government administrative activity,the purpose of government public relations is to ensure that the government can always maintain a better image and obtain the greatest understanding,trust,and support from the public.In the process of establishing the image of government public relations,it is inevitable to demand better governance,that is,good governance by the government.Good governance enables social governance to maximize public interest.As the most grassroots government,township governments are the link and bridge that maintains a good relationship between the rural public and the government.From the perspective of good governance,it is clear that there are contradictions in the current public relations of township governments,which hinder them from achieving good governance.At present,there are problems in the public relations of township governments,such as weak subject service awareness,low public trust in township governments,weak awareness of object active participation,insufficient communication channels,and lack of team collaboration awareness.The main reasons for this are traditional cultural factors that affect the deviation of subject and object understanding of township government public relations concepts,the impact of subject quality on government image,insufficient public participation awareness,and low enthusiasm Imperfect subject supervision system,driven by the interests of township government public relations subjects,and so on.To build good public relations among township governments under good governance,it is necessary to solve various current problems.To strengthen learning and improve subject literacy;Smooth channels to enhance equal communication between township government public relations entities and the public;Establish a sound mechanism and improve the public relations supervision system of township governments;Strengthen team building and talent cultivation;To enhance the public relations awareness of the whole people and ultimately enhance the development level of public relations in township governments,thereby promoting good governance and maintaining the good image of township governments.
