| Background of Research:Young people are strong,China is strong,and sports is prosperous,and the country is prosperous.The promotion of teenagers’ sports health has always been the focus of academic attention.The goal of physical and mental unity is also the destination of sports health promotion.The research on the promotion of teenagers’ physical and mental health is particularly necessary and urgent;Health and physical fitness is also widely used as an index to effectively reflect the physical health status of teenagers.Although there is a research on the psychological impact of a project on the participants,there are few studies on the intervention effect of sports training stimulation with different exercise frequencies on adolescents’ physical fitness,self-esteem,self-confidence and mental health indicators.Purposes of Research:To explore the effects of different frequency of badminton on heart,Lung,body composition,muscle and flexibility of pupils and on self-esteem and self-confidence of pupils,in order to verify the different frequency of badminton sports on the health fitness and self-confidence of primary school students to improve the effect,and enrich the theory of health promotion of youth sports development.Methods of Research:This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.In the database of CNKI,the subject words "Sports" or "Sports events" and "Fitness" and "Self-esteem and Self-confidence" are used;In the databases of web of science and Pub Med,the subject words "Sports" or "Sport" or "Sports exercise" and "Badminton","Health related fitness","Health related physical fitness","Health physical fitness","Self-esteem","Self confidence","Mental health","Psychological health",collect relevant literature.Baoshan No.1 Central Primary School,Miaohang experimental school,Baoshan experimental school and Fudan Science and Technology Park Primary School in Yangpu District(control group)were used as the source of the experimental objects;The questionnaire survey mainly adopts Rosenberg self-confidence scale and self-esteem and self-confidence(SES)scale;The primary school badminton club was randomly sampled.The testing time was the autumn semester of 2020.100 students aged 10-12 were selected to participate in the experimental study;The mathematical statistics method is expressed in the form of "mean±standard deviation".The multi group comparison before and after the experiment uses one-way ANOVA.If there are differences between groups,the LSD method is used for post multiple comparison;Paired sample t-test was used for intra group comparison.As for the p value of statistical test results,if p<0.05,it means that there is a significant difference;If p<0.01,it indicates that there is a very significant difference,and spss22 is used for all statistical analysis 0 software.Results of Research:(1)In terms of body shape,there was no significant difference in body shape between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05);(2)In terms of cardiopulmonary endurance,after the intervention,the mean value of cardiopulmonary endurance in each subgroup of the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference in the mean value of cardiopulmonary endurance among the groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).After multiple comparisons,it was found that the mean value of cardiopulmonary endurance in the subgroups twice a day and twice a week was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the mean value of cardiopulmonary endurance between the subgroups once a week and the control group(p>0.05).(3)At the level of body composition,after the intervention,the mean value of body fat rate in each subgroup of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference of the mean value of body fat rate among the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).After multiple comparisons,it was found that the mean value of body fat rate in the subgroup twice a day was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.01),and the mean value of body fat rate in the subgroup twice a week was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).In the experimental group,the mean difference of body composition in the pre-test and post-test groups twice a day and twice a week was statistically significant(p<0.01).(4)At the level of muscle fitness,after the intervention,the mean values of standing long jump and sit ups in each subgroup of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences in the mean values of muscle fitness between and within the groups(p < 0.01).After multiple comparisons,it was found that the mean value of muscle fitness indexes in the subgroups twice a day was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the subgroups twice a week and once a week.(5)The mean value of flexion in each group was better than that in the control group(p= 0.292),but the mean value of flexion in the first week was better than that in the control group);There was significant difference in the mean value of each subgroup of the experimental group before and after the test group(p<0.01).(6)In terms of self-esteem and self-confidence,after the intervention,the average scores of self-esteem and self-confidence scale in each subgroup of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference in the average scores of self-esteem and self-confidence scale among the groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).After multiple comparisons,it was found that the mean scores of self-esteem and self-confidence scale in the subgroups twice a day and twice a week were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the subgroups once a week and the control group(p>0.05).In the experimental group,there were significant differences in the mean values of self-esteem and self-confidence scale scores before and after the test in the subgroups twice a week and twice a day(p<0.01).Conclusions of Research:(1)After the experimental intervention,the body shape indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the height increase and weight control effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,especially the sub group twice a day.(2)After the experimental intervention,the cardiopulmonary endurance fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved after the experiment.The results of the inter group test of the cardiopulmonary endurance fitness of the experimental group and the control group were also statistically significant,especially the effect of two subgroups a day was more significant.(3)After the intervention,there was significant difference in body fat rate among the body composition indexes in the experimental group;The intervention effect of multi frequency badminton exercise on BMI control,body fat reduction and improvement of basal metabolic rate was better than that of the control group.(4)After the experimental intervention,the muscle fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved after the experiment,and the results of the inter group test of muscle fitness between the experimental group and the control group were also statistically significant,especially the sub group twice a day.(5)After the experimental intervention,the flexibility and fitness indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved.The improvement effect of sitting forward flexion in each subgroup of the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The mean value difference before and after the experimental group was statistically significant.(6)After the intervention,the scores of the self-esteem self-confidence scale in the experimental group were significantly improved.The mean scores of the self-esteem self-confidence scale in each subgroup of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference in the mean scores of the self-esteem self-confidence scale among the experimental groups was statistically significant,especially in the subgroups twice a week and twice a day. |
