The internal teaching quality assurance system is a kind of management system established in order to achieve the corresponding quality standard,to control and improve the quality,and is the fundamental starting point to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.Local applied undergraduate universities as the main part of the Chinese universities,bear the important mission of cultivating applied talents for the local economy.The internal teaching quality assurance system of local applied undergraduate universities is in the exploratory stage,based on this,putting forwarding the key points of internal teaching quality guarantee system construction of this kind of colleges and universities,and on the basis of in-depth research and analysis,is of great significance to guarantee and improve the teaching quality of local application-oriented universities.This study first defines the core concepts of higher education quality assurance,teaching quality assurance system,internal teaching quality assurance system,expounds the connotation of total quality management theory,and summarizes the three main characteristics of the theory.Secondly,the paper analyzes the quality guarantee system of the local applied undergraduate universities to build the basic basis.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of local application-oriented undergraduate universities and putting forward the principles of constructing the internal quality assurance system based on the theory of total quality management,six elements of internal teaching quality assurance system of local applied undergraduate universities are pointed.And these six factors are quality assurance concept,quality standard,organizational structure,quality assurance system,quality assurance team and quality assurance mode,based on which,an analytical framework for the internal quality assurance system of local applied undergraduate universities is constructed in this paper.Thirdly,based on the undergraduate teaching quality report of 10 application-oriented universities in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the internal teaching quality assurance system of local applied undergraduate universities by taking six elements as the main line.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of this research,combined with the existing research results,the problems are pointed out from six aspects,and corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward.To strengthen the construction of internal teaching quality assurance system,local applied undergraduate universities should establish a comprehensive quality assurance concept,construct perfect quality assurance,perfect organizational construction,strengthen the construction of quality assurance system,establish perfect quality assurance team and form a complete closed-loop mode of quality assurance.Based on the last element quality assurance model,this study puts forward an idealized closed-loop guarantee model of "quality decision-making-quality execution-quality monitoring and evaluation-quality information collection and feedback" after the internal quality assurance system of local application undergraduate universities becomes mature. |
