Colleges and universities are important units in training various types of talents in our country.It shoulders heavy responsibilities in training and providing reserve talents.Special training is an important component of training competitive sports talents in colleges and universities,as well as an important aspect of transporting high-level athletes to the society.How to use scientific and reasonable training methods to scientifically,efficiently and systematically improve the athletic ability of college athletes and improve the athletic skill level of students is an important issue for colleges and universities to train competitive sports reserve talents.The innovative development of college sports training methods is the main basis for improving the content,optimizing the methods and promoting the results of competitive sports.This study is based on the influence of plyomeric training on the physical quality,special strength,coordination,flexibility,outburst and other indicators of Taekwondo athletes in universities.Firstly,the Delphi method was used to screen the training indicators,and according to the content of the training indicators,four stages of 16 weeks of training plans were designed.In addition,20 taekwondo athletes from ×× Normal University were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental subjects were divided into two groups,one was the experimental group for plyometrics training,the other was the control group for conventional strength training.Explosiveness and coordination were tested after the experiment.After the experiment,the research results are as follows:(1)there is a significant difference between the explosive power of the experimental group athletes before and after the experiment.Plyomeric training can effectively improve the explosive power of athletes,and can effectively enhance the athletic ability and starting ability of taekwondo athletes;The coordination level also showed significant differences,plyometric training can effectively improve the coordination of athletes.(2)There was no significant difference between the explosive power of the athletes in the control group before and after the experiment.The coordination test of taekwondo athletes in the control group was improved before and after the experiment,but the improvement effect was not obvious.(3)After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the explosive power between the experimental group and the control group,indicating that plyok-training can effectively improve the explosive power and coordination of taekwondo athletes.(4)The rapid expansion compound of plyometric training can effectively improve the explosive power and coordination of taekwondo athletes.Conclusion:(1)Plyomeric training can effectively improve the explosive power and coordination of college taekwondo athletes,and the significance is obvious.(2)Engaging in traditional barbell squats,leg flexion and hard pull and other conventional strength training can also improve the explosive power and coordination of taekwondo athletes,but it is not statistically significant.(3)Plyometric training can improve the explosive power and coordination of taekwondo athletes more effectively than traditional strength training.
